How long does shipping take?We ship the same or next day from Monday to Friday. If you place an order late on Friday afternoon, or over the weekend, it won't go out until the following Monday. SHIPPING POLICY
At Essential Insights, we strive to provide you with the best shipping experience. We offer various shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. Our packaging is done with utmost care to protect your products during transit. We aim to keep our shipping costs transparent and affordable, so you can shop with confidence.
All international orders are sent out with DHL E-Commerce. It can take up to 15-20 days from shipment for an international order to be delivered.
Items being shipped internationally (outside Australia) may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value.
As a customer, you should be aware of possible delays from customs inspections, as well as any import duties & taxes which buyers must pay, or brokerage fees payable at the point of delivery.
We accept no responsibility for any fees, duties or delays at customs due to import regulations or taxes for any international orders.

Express shipping to metro areas will take between 1 - 4 business days for your package to arrive. Regional areas 1 - 8 business days. Please note this does not include fulfillment time of your order.
Fulfillment time
Our warehouse team can fulfill and pack your order either the same day or latest the next day pending time upon ordering - please keep in mind fulfillment time is on top of your postage time.
Deliveries to a PO Box, Post Office or Parcel Locker
Unless a PO Box is your only option, please use a fixed address for delivery.
If you're not home, our courier will leave a card for you to arrange re-delivery at a more suitable time or have the article lodged for collection at one of our local collection points.
If you’re in a secure apartment building with restricted access and nowhere safe to leave a parcel unattended, please add 'signature required' in the Delivery Notes section during Checkout.

REFUNDS AND WARRANTY
We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. However, we do not refund based on an incorrect choice.
Any refund requests need to be received within 30 days of you receiving the products. Simply post back the container and we will happily refund your purchase.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours.
To initiate a return, please submit your request along with your order number and the items you would like to return to sales@esentialinsights.online.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with original tags attached, if applicable."
We will issue refunds to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
The initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a product exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
